Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor ration balancing and fodder development programs at the field level.
- Train Milk Procurement Field Supervisors, Mobile AI Technicians, and farmers on animal feeding and fodder development activities.
- Promote improved fodder technologies among farmers, including the development of fodder nurseries, fodder demonstration farms, and silage making.
- Compile fodder-related data and coordinate with fodder seed production agencies for sourcing quality seeds.
- Promote cattle feed, mineral mixtures, and other feed additives.
- Demonstrate RBP software to key officers and farmers.
- Document data and prepare progress reports for RBP and fodder development activities.
- Undertake any other tasks related to farmer training and other feed and fodder activities.
