Eligibility Criteria

| Registrar | Master’s Degree with 15 years of experience in educational administration or equivalent. |
| Internal Audit Officer | Officers from Audit/Accounts Services with 3 years of experience in Level-11 or equivalent. |
| Deputy Registrar | Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in Level-10 or above. |
| Assistant Registrar | Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks. |
| Assistant | Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in Level-4 and proficiency in typing and computer applications. |
| Laboratory Assistant | Bachelor’s degree in Physics with 2 years of experience handling scientific instruments in a laboratory. |
| Junior Accountant | Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in clerical roles and proficiency in typing and computer operations. |
| Upper/Lower Division Clerk | Bachelor’s Degree with typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi, and proficiency in computer operations. |
| Multi-Tasking Staff | 10th Pass or ITI Certificate from a recognized institution. |
