RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das announced that the Monetary Policy Committee has kept the policy repo rate at 6.5% with a 4:2 majority decision. The standing deposit facility (SDF) rate remains at 6.25%, the marginal standing facility (MSF) rate at 6.75%, and the bank rate at 6.75%. The fixed reverse repo rate is 3.35%, CRR is 4.50%, and SLR is 18.00%.
