| 6. Students & Law students (till they enroll as lawyers). | |
| 7. Members of non-political, service-oriented NGOs and Clubs. | |
| 8. Members of Women Neighborhood groups, Maithri Sanghams, and self-help groups, including marginalized/vulnerable groups. | |
| 9. Educated prisoners with good behavior, serving long-term sentences. | |
| 10. Any other individuals above the age of 21 years with a matriculation degree and fluency in Bengali, English, Hindi & Kokborok. | |
| Honorarium | Rs. 500/- per day (for each working day in a month). |
