| Executive Trainee (Human Resources) | Graduate with MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel & Administration/Industrial Relations/Human Resource Development/Human Resource Management (minimum 2 years). Minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST). Must have appeared in UGC-NET (June 2024 cycle). |
| Executive Trainee (Geology) | Full-time M.Sc/M.Tech in Applied Geology with at least 65% marks (55% for SC). Must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2024 (Geology/Geophysics). |
| Executive Trainee (Law) | Graduate with LLB (Three-year full-time course recognized by GOI). Minimum two years of practice in Court of Law as an Advocate, Judicial Service, or working in a CPSU handling legal matters. Must have appeared and qualified in CLAT 2025 for PG Courses. |
| Executive Trainee (IT) | Full-time BE/B.Tech/BSc. Engg. (Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronics/IT) or MCA with at least 65% marks (55% for SC). Must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2024 (Computer Science and IT). |
