About the Post
The Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) is conducted by the Government of Assam for admission into B.Tech. programs in engineering colleges across the state. The CEE 2025 will be organized by the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU).
ASTU has officially released the CEE 2025 notification for B.Tech. admissions for the 2025-2026 academic session. Interested and eligible candidates who have passed or are appearing for their 10+2 examination can apply online through the designated portal.

Syllabus for Assam CEE 2025
The CEE 2025 will be based on the syllabus prescribed by the Assam State School Education Board (Higher Secondary Division – II). The exam will consist of a single paper, which will cover three subjects: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Candidates are advised to thoroughly review the relevant topics from their Higher Secondary curriculum to prepare effectively for the examination.

1. Citizenship & Residency:
- Must be an Indian Citizen and a Permanent Resident of Assam (Valid PRC required).
- Candidates applying under the Central Government Employee Quota must provide proof of permanent residency outside Assam.

Admit Card Details
- The ASTU authority will release the Admit Card on the official website.
- Candidates can download their admit card from 12th April 2025 to 23rd April 2025 using their Application Form Number/User ID and Password.
How to Apply for Assam CEE 2025?
Instructions for Filling the Online Application Form
- Read the Information Brochure: Download and carefully read the CEE 2025 Information Brochure before proceeding.
- Filling the Form: Enter accurate details while filling out the online application. Upload a scanned photograph (20-35 KB) and signature (15-30 KB) in .jpeg or .jpg format.
- Password Security: Remember the password you set, as it will be required for future logins.
- Document Submission: Applicants do not need to send the application form or any other documents to the ASTU office. However, they should keep a printout for future reference and submit a copy during admission counseling, if required.
- Editing Restrictions: Ensure all details are correct before final submission. Edits are only allowed until the final submission deadline, except for the candidate’s name. After submission, no rectifications can be made. ASTU will not entertain requests for corrections.
- Application Fee Payment: Pay the CEE 2025 application fee only through the CEE-2025 login portal.
- Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, take a printout of the completed application form for records.
- Eligibility Compliance: Applicants must meet the required educational qualifications as mentioned in the Information Brochure.
- Communication Details: Ensure that the email ID and mobile number provided are valid, as they will be used for further communication.
