ISRO Develops LOX-Methane Engine for NGLV

ISRO is developing a LOX-methane engine for its Next Generation Launch Vehicle (NGLV). The engine features a reusable booster stage and two expendable upper stages, enhancing mission flexibility with multiple restarts. The Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) is working on a spark torch igniter for this engine, which has successfully passed tests.
