- 1. Local body (Municipality/ Gaon Panchayat) Trade License or NOC

- 8. NOC issued by District Magistrate
- 9. Copy of NOCs from Revenue C.O., PWD (Roads), Police, Local Body, Nearby Inhabitants etc.
- 10. Financial soundness
- 11. Arrangement of Fire Fighting equipment
- 12. Passport size Photograph of the applicant
- 13. In respect of MS & HSD dealer RO license on National High Way (Permission from NHAI)
