• Inspection report with due recommendation of the DAO/SDAO/ADO as the case may be.
• Document evidence of payment of salary of the employee shall be made by licensees through digital Mode or by a cheque to insure that the person is employed with them.

• Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) – Rs. 5 per page.
• Application Fee- Rs.500 for each pesticides in urban areas and 1/5 th in rural areas, subject to maximum of Rs.7500 in urban areas and 1/5 th in rural areas.
• Processing time: 30 working days
