- Non-Professional Courses:
- Skills: Applicants should have the necessary skills, experience, and knowledge to undertake income-generating activities.
- Bank Account: A valid, active bank account opened before 1st April 2024.
- Loan History: Applicants must not be loan defaulters.
- Family: Only one member from each family can apply.
- Employment Exchange: Must be registered with the Assam Employment Exchange.
