Stipend & Duration

• Stipend: As per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019, as amended from time to time.
• Apprenticeship Training Duration: 12 Months.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as of 31st January 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 24 years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST).

Educational Qualifications

Post Name	Qualification
Trade Apprentice (Fitter, Electrician, etc.)	Matric with a full-time 2-year ITI course in the respective trade from NCVT/SCVT.
Technician Apprentice (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)	Diploma in the respective Engineering discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Graduate Apprentice (BA, B.Com, etc.)	Full-time Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Fresher)	Class 12th pass with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Skilled)	Class 12th pass with Skill Certificate of Domestic Data Entry Operator (training < 1 year).

1. Register Online:
   • For Trade Apprentice (ITI/Data Entry Operator): Register at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
   • For Technician/Graduate Apprentice: Register at nats.education.gov.in.
2. Login & Apply:
   • Login to the respective portal and apply for the apprenticeship under Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Marketing Division)-Eastern Region using these Establishment IDs:
     • NATS: EWBKOC000077
     • NAPS: E05201900011
3. Submit Microsoft Form:
   After applying, fill the Microsoft Form by 14th February 2025 using this link: Microsoft Form.

Note: Failure to submit the Microsoft Form will result in disqualification from further selection.
