About the Post
Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, invites applications from qualified candidates to engage as Domain Expert (Business Development) specializing in Compressed Biogas (CBG). The position is on an on-call basis and will support OIL’s strategic initiatives in the domain of CBG at its Corporate Office in Delhi/Noida.

Skills and Expertise
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Industrial Pollution Control & Environmental Governance:
- Expertise in pollution control mechanisms and environmental management practices.
- Knowledge of pollution control regulations and enforcement in India.
- Waste Management & Recycling:
- Experience in waste management sectors such as solid waste, e-waste, plastic, and hazardous waste.
- Expertise in waste recycling initiatives and systems like CETPs and waste-to-energy projects.
- Regulatory and Policy Development:
- Experience in formulating and implementing environmental policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance and pollution control regulations.
- Environmental Impact Assessment & Research:
- Proficiency in conducting environmental assessments, air quality monitoring, and emission analysis.
- Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on knowledge of GIS tools and MODFLOW for environmental assessments and modeling.
- Project Management:
- Strong project management skills, including collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, and industries.
- Leadership and Consultancy:
- Proven leadership experience in senior roles such as Chief Environmental Engineer or Technical Expert.
- Committee & Advisory Roles:
- Experience in expert committees and technical proposal evaluations for environmental projects.
