Job Profile

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all research activities.
• Conduct literature reviews and secondary research.
• Provide training to the research team.
• Oversee and participate in data collection tasks.
• Perform data analysis and generate results.
• Produce reports, academic publications, media content, and other knowledge products.
• Manage communications across teams and sites.
• Organize research meetings and maintain records.
• Work collaboratively across multiple countries and research sites.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Director.

Eligibility Criteria

Writing & Communication Skills	Good writing and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Data Analysis Expertise	Proven expertise in collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, with experience using tools such as NVivo, Atlas.ti, SPSS, and STATA.
Report Writing	Relevant expertise in report writing and academic publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Virtual Collaboration	Proficiency in using virtual platforms for communication and collaboration.
Travel Requirement	Ability to travel as required by the project.
Teamwork & Leadership	Ability to work in teams, commitment to completing tasks, and leadership qualities.
