Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Qualification	Marks Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering / Fire Engineering (4 years)	Minimum 65% marks
OR Bachelor’s Degree in any Branch of Engineering (4 years) + Master’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety/HSE (2 years)	Minimum 60% marks

2. Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Candidates with the following certifications will be given preference:

1. International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety (IOG) / International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (IGC) from NEBOSH
2. Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor Certification under ISO 45001:2018
3. BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
4. Helicopter Underwater Escape and Sea Survival Training (HUET)

3. Experience Requirement

• Minimum 9 years of post-qualification work experience in handling HSE issues in the oil and gas industry.
• Out of 9 years, at least 4 years of experience must be in offshore HSE operations.
