Eligibility Criteria for FCSCA Assam

Citizenship

Candidates must be Indian citizens, as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Residency Requirements

1. The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
2. Candidates must provide either:
   • Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes, OR
   • Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics as one of the subjects, OR
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

Employment Exchange Registration

Applicants must be registered with any Employment Exchange in Assam.
