- Master’s degree in the relevant discipline of Veterinary Science with 55% marks or equivalent.
- For disciplines other than Veterinary Sciences:
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching and guiding post-graduate students.
- Familiarity with modern tools and scientific applications.
- Scale of Pay: Academic Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200/-).
2. Associate Professor
- No. of posts: 19
- Essential Qualifications:
- For disciplines other than Veterinary Sciences:
- Doctoral degree in relevant subject.
- 8 years’ experience as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 publications with high NAAS Impact Factor.
- For Veterinary Sciences:
- Recognized veterinary qualification as per the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984.
- B.V.Sc. & A.H. with at least 55% marks.
- Master’s degree in relevant Veterinary Science discipline with at least 55% marks.
- For disciplines other than Veterinary Sciences:
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching and guiding post-graduate students.
- Familiarity with modern tools and scientific technologies.
- Scale of Pay: Academic Level 13A (Rs. 1,31,400/-).
