India Reaches Final Spot in Champions Trophy 2025

India secured a spot in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final by defeating Australia by four wickets. Chasing a target of 265, India achieved 267 for 6, with Virat Kohli scoring 84 runs and KL Rahul remaining unbeaten on 42. Australia posted a total of 264, with Steve Smith and Alex Carey contributing 73 and 61 runs, respectively. Mohammed Shami led the Indian bowling attack with 3 wickets for 48 runs. The final will be held in Dubai, where India will aim to clinch the prestigious trophy.

India Inaugurates First World Peace Center in Gurugram

Bihar Budget 2025-26: Key Highlights

The Nitish Kumar-led NDA government in Bihar presented a ₹3,16,895 crore Budget for the financial year 2025-26. Key highlights include a focus on women’s empowerment with ‘Kanya Vivah Mandaps’ for poor girls’ marriages, ‘Mahila Haat’ marketplaces, and ‘Pink Buses’ for women. Education received the highest allocation of ₹60,964 crore, with plans to open degree colleges in all 534 blocks. Healthcare was allocated ₹20,335 crore, and infrastructure improvements include greenfield airports in Sultanganj and Raxaul.

Madhya Pradesh to Provide Permanent Power Connections to Farmers at Rs 5
