Mission Basundhara is a flagship initiative launched by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Govt. of Assam, on 2nd October 2021. Spearheaded by the Chief Minister of Assam, the program aims to make land revenue services more accessible and reduce pendency in land records updates. With the launch of Mission Basundhara 3.0, citizens can expect digitized services and access to real-time land records, advancing Assam toward 100% digitization of maps and land records integration under the DILRMP.

Ownership rights for occupancy tenants, as per the Assam (Temporary Settled Areas) Tenancy Act, 1971.
